Clutch Direct Shipping policy

All in stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please make note of any production delays listed on the product page and factor these into processing times.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing the shipping and tracking information

Many items are built or ordered on an as needed basis, these orders will be supplied within 1-2 days after being received from the manufacturer.

Orders shipped from NZ warehouse will dispatch in 2/3 Business days.

Orders shipped from Australian warehouse please allow 7/10 days before dispatch.

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

 

Please note, shipping to P.O boxes is not available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@clutchdirect.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
